I finished my mosaic scarf project! I was working on it for a couple of weeks and I think it really turned out!
I have 81 followers and about like, 7 or 8 of them might be paying attention, but I’M STILL TALKING TO YOU!
Here and there I’ve mentioned that among my many and varied creative talents, I also like to draw. I’m a cartoonist and aspiring illustrator and I’ve wanted to make comic books since I was 12 or 13 years old.
So, I’m planning on starting a new Tumblr within the next week or so that relies on participation from you guys! It’ll be kinda like an Exploding Dog-style thing (by the way, Exploding Dog is also on Tumblr), where you submit your ideas for things to draw and then I will post them on my blog! Eventually this could grow into a thing where collaborations are done.
I am aware that art blogs aren’t a new thing and that this idea isn’t original, but the main reason I’m doing it is because I’ve been in an artistic funk for a while and I think you guys can actually help me out of it. I have a lot of strong belief that this project will help me get my groove back.
I haven’t come up with a name or anything yet, so I can’t yet say “Here’s my new Tumblr, please follow me!” but I will do so when I get it started. In the meantime I’m interested in any ideas for drawings that you may already have to get me started (nothing too elaborate, please)! I’ll also consider suggestions for names for my new Tumblr.

My current computer is a hot mess: I purchased it in 2001! Its specs (on my donation page) are absurd compared to what is available today, even after modifying it myself!

I’m not really sure what the prizes will be yet, but so far I’m considering giving away some of my original art or some of my awesome crocheted stuff. I’m willing to consider more ideas if you have some!
